We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Mastercard store. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
